Enlargement of the toe chain of an anklet

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for someone who can do the toe part (see pictures, circled in red in one of these) two anklets easy to enlarge - to about 6 cm circumference.

The chain is in the corresponding place approx. 2 mm thick and consists of 304 Stainless Steel - unfortunately for medical reasons this material would have to be retained.

An alternative would be to rework it to provide more flexibility (as the corresponding dimensions can fluctuate depending on the weather conditions) also OK, if that is even possible. 🤷

What kind of price can you expect here?, and shipments via DHL are also possible?
