Separate, Gild (Roségold)

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I would like to have my wedding ring reworked, because I don't like him anymore. It is made of carbon and titanium, I am attaching a photo.

Is it possible, to separate the two materials, so that only the silver-colored part remains as beef? Could this then be colored rose gold/gilded? What costs should be expected??
