Convert the earring into a pendant and then yellow gold

Good day! I had a pendant gold plated at Juwelle and I am very happy with the result. Now I would like to have another piece of jewelry processed. It is a single earring, I would like to have a pendant made of this. To do this, the hook and the clasp on the back would have to be removed, and a discreet eyelet can be attached. Then I would like to have everything gilded in yellow gold, because the earring currently has a rosé stitch (stamped gold).
Can this be submitted to you as a complete order?? And how much would that cost me? Does it make a price difference, whether the falling material (Leverback and clasp) is left?

As the city, I specified Nuremberg, that's the nearest big city. So I would have to send the piece of jewelry by post anyway, The city probably doesn't matter?
