I have a pair of silver hoop earrings each 6 framed rectangular larimar stones, but they are too big. Not only are they too big and slip on the earlobe, because I don't have such thick earlobes. Nobody probably has such thick earlobes. But also because they are quite heavy and hang down too much. I could almost wear the hoop earrings as finger rings, even on the thickest of fingers.
However, I was wondering whether the earrings could be reduced in size like a normal finger ring or, if necessary, simply halved? I could then wear them as half hoop earrings with a clasp like ordinary stud earrings. And either it would then be two pairs of half hoop earrings or you can make one or even two pendants from the remaining material.
I care how much it would cost, because I have to decide, is it worth it, Or shouldn't I just give them back?.
