Bracelet repair

I would like a bracelet, which I am very attached to, let repair (s. images). The band is torn and very brittle. Therefore the bracelet will probably need to be completely re-threaded.

It would be great, if the bracelet can be restored as close to the original as possible. But it wouldn't be bad at all, if the new form is slightly different – main thing, it comes back to life ;)

An on-site repair in Hamburg would be ideal, But handing it over by post with a service provider elsewhere in Germany would also not be a problem.
